What You'll Do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established practices and procedures
• Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling, obtaining patient confirmation post-collection
• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and confidentiality of patient information
• Maintain a safe, professional, and patient-focused environment

What We're Looking For

A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent 13 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision in a fast-paced setting Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable Ability to meet compliance requirements
