Compensation: $85,000$107,000 base + commission

Reports To: AVP, Commercial Lending

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Commercial Loan Officer to build and manage a diverse portfolio of business lending relationships. You'll work directly with local business owners, community partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions that fuel growth and success.

What You'll Do

• Source, develop, and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial loan opportunities.
• Build meaningful relationships with business clients and community partners.
• Guide members through the full lending process with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and exceptional service.
• Proactively manage an existing portfolio while identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Stay up to date on market trends, regulations, and competitor offerings.
• Collaborate across internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 35 years of experience in commercial or business lending.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales and production goals.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending products, financial analysis, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-management skills.
