Billing Representative II

Working remotely full-time, the Billing Representative II will manage outbound communications to gather necessary information for accurate billing to clients, patients, or third-party insurances while developing strong customer relationships and resolving billing issues. Key responsibilities Make outbound calls to clients and internal customers to escalate and resolve billing issues Research and resolve correspondence through various channels including paper, fax, email, and phone Manage internal customer service mailbox requests and ensure timely follow-up on billing inquiries Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related field Knowledge of billing, finance, and eligibility processes High school diploma or GED required Proficiency in digital tools such as Outlook and Excel Experience in delivering complex customer service excellence and achieving quality standards
