B2B Account Executive - Technology Solutions
Wintek Business Solutions | Lafayette, IN
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calls, door-to-door outreach, and local networking
- Present fiber and technology solutions to small and mid-size businesses
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed contract
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Stay current on fiber broadband technology and competitive landscape
- Represent Wintek Business Solutions in the communities we serve Who does well here:
- Salespeople who like being out in the field, not behind a screen
- People who are comfortable knocking on doors and starting conversations with strangers
- Self-starters who don't need a manager to tell them what to do every morning
- Someone who can explain technical solutions in plain language This is NOT for you if:
- You prefer inbound leads over outbound prospecting
- You need a lot of structure and daily direction
- You're not comfortable with cold outreach Required:
- Proven outside sales or B2B sales experience
- Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door outreach
- Ability to quickly learn and explain fiber and broadband solutions
- Self-motivated. You'll have an office but you won't be in it much. Nice to Have:
- 2-3 years of outside sales or B2B sales experience
- Experience in fiber, broadband, or technology sales
- Degree in sales, technology, business, or related field Benefits:
