We are looking for an organized, proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our Holland team. This role is critical to keeping our manufacturing and operations running smoothly by ensuring the right materials arrive at the right time and at the best value. What You'll Do Purchase materials, supplies, and services to support production and business operations. Monitor inventory levels and review production work orders to anticipate purchasing needs. Build strong relationships with vendors while negotiating pricing, quality, delivery, and service. Process purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure materials arrive on time. Resolve shipment discrepancies and coordinate closely with Receiving and Production. Maintain accurate purchasing records and approved supplier information. Collaborate with Sales, Production, Accounting, and other departments to meet customer commitments. Help identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce costs. What We're Looking For Associate degree in Business or related field preferred. Two or more years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). A positive attitude, initiative, and a commitment to outstanding customer service. Why Join WMOI?
