UAT Automation Lead -Senior Associate

UAT Lead – Payments Product, Connected Commerce Chase seeks a highly motivated UAT Lead to play an active role in executing against our roadmap by leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing for both web and mobile-focused products. Job Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of user acceptance testing, collaborating with process owners, technology, product managers, functional areas, and customer experience/design teams. Execute complex test strategies involving internal Chase applications, 3rd party vendor applications/microsites, and desktop and/or mobile applications. Partner with Testing Leads across all phases of the testing lifecycle. Design, develop, and create manual test scripts. Test, validate, document, and evidence test results. Manage and prioritize defects and see them through to resolution. Ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our customers. Support production releases, including occasional weekend or evening support. Required Qualifications Minimum 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or User Acceptance Testing. Hands‑on knowledge of Agile principles and QA methodologies/best practices. Hands‑on experience using JIRA for test execution tracking and defect lifecycle management. Experience designing detailed functional test plans and executing test cases. Proficiency with UDF and Cucumber for creating and maintaining automated test scenarios. Strong time‑management skills, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present status, facts, thoughts, and ideas clearly and concisely. Flexibility and adaptability, able to change direction based on stakeholder or management direction while remaining organized and meeting tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on experience conducting online and mobile testing using devices and simulators such as SeeTest. Passion for online and mobile technology and knowledge of industry structure, trends, and influential companies. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field of study, or equivalent relevant experience.
