About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Operations - Finance, who will also serve as the Chief of Staff to the CFO. This pivotal role is at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership alignment, with a focus on enabling financial performance, planning, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key enterprise operating mechanisms, including the design and execution of the enterprise operating system, and ensuring that the company's strategic priorities are effectively translated into clear plans and measurable outcomes. The role demands a highly visible and influential leader with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives, building relationships, and influencing at all levels of the organization. Candidates for this role should have a background in finance, strategy, consulting, operations, or transformation, with a strong understanding of financial planning, business performance management, and executive decision-making processes. The role requires a self-motivated, data-driven individual with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, who is adept at synthesizing complex information and making clear recommendations. Experience in enterprise-wide transformation, operating model, or strategy execution initiatives is essential, as is the ability to work with global teams and a strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, bold in challenging the status quo, and demonstrate a consistent focus on what is right for the business.
