Your Role:

As our Content Coordinator, you'll be the voice of Rehab United and our family of brands, crafting compelling stories that resonate with our audience. You'll:

• Create engaging content across various social media platforms, including filming with staff and clients, editing short-form and long-form videos, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.

• Develop and manage an editorial calendar aligned with our marketing objectives.

• Optimize content for algorithms and search engines.

• Monitor and maintain engagement with online communities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent quality and brand messaging across channels and campaigns.

• Analyze content performance and make data-driven improvements.

• Provide support and assistance to the Marketing Manager and executive leadership as needed.

Your Skills and Experience:

• A passion for Rehab United's mission and the positive impact of healthcare, wellness, and fitness.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

• Collaborative spirit and adaptability within a team-oriented environment.

• Proactive and creative mindset with a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

• 1-2+ years of experience in content development, preferably in healthcare or wellness.

• Proficiency in social media platforms and photo/video editing.

• Basic knowledge of SEO/SMO.

Compensation:

• $23.00 - $30.00 Hourly

• Commensurate with Experience
