Together.SummaryDLA Piper is seeking a mid to senior-level corporate associate to join its California, New York, or Phoenix offices. This associate will be practicing in the areas of public company reporting and compliance, corporate governance, capital markets, and working day to day with public companies. This is an opportunity for an associate to join a dynamic and growing securities practice within a leading global law firm focused on life science, technology, and digital asset verticals for innovative issuer and underwriter clients. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
