Job Summary
Experienced.....We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in appliance repair, and field service operations. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issue.
- Perform repairs on a variety of appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while working on appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar role focused on equipment repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance repair
- Familiarity with field service operations and delivery driving responsibilities.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
