Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join a dynamic team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing daily administrative tasks, and supporting office operations efficiently.

The position is part-time, Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 8 pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
• Answer phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately
• Assist with making reservations for workspaces
• Assist with clerical duties including filing, document preparation, and basic word processing
• Manage the badges for visitors
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries courteously and efficiently
• Support administrative projects as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Hours are Monday to Thursday from 3 pm to 8 pm

Requirements

• Proven front desk experience, preferably in a professional setting
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy
• Excellent phone etiquette with experience in phone reception duties
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
