Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly. Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments. Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance staff. Balance cash drawer and perform daily shift audits. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe front desk area. Qualifications Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday availability required). Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally. Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided). High school diploma or equivalent required.
