Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with a patient in the home setting: Salary: $38 - $42.50/ per hour Location: Round Lake Acuity: G-tub, TPN Schedule: Days: Monday 7am - 5pm; Tuesday 7am - 7pm; Wednesday 7am - 5pm; Thursday 7am - 7pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; Saturday/Sunday 8am - 8pm Nights: Friday/Saturday 8pm - 8am

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
