Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools.

• Provide individual and couples therapy sessions that incorporate diverse therapeutic modalities to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing evaluations of treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Guarantee prompt and compliant documentation of services rendered, adhering to best practices in electronic health record (EHR) management.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Stay abreast of developments in the field of marriage and family therapy, participating in professional development workshops and training opportunities.

• Handle crisis interventions when required, providing immediate support and resources to clients in distress.

• Maintain high ethical standards while advocating for client rights and well-being throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base, including teenagers dealing with life transitions, adults facing relational challenges, and couples seeking to strengthen their partnerships. Our focus on evidence-based practices ensures that you can apply your skills to effectively meet the varied needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy, with a preference for candidates who have worked with both children and adults.

• Proficient in completing timely assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans utilizing EHR systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.
