This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner. Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents. Create, prepare, and distribute correspondence and other administrative materials. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and special events. Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and data entry as needed. Support department projects and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Previous experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars is preferred.
