Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the face of our company while also playing an important role within our Human Resources team. This position combines front office administration with HR support responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources while utilizing strong customer service and administrative skills. What You'll Do As the Human Resources Administrative Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, employees, applicants, and customers while supporting key HR initiatives across the organization. Front Office & Administrative Support Welcome visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees Manage incoming calls and company phone system Maintain office and lunchroom supplies Coordinate company luncheons and employee events Assist with general administrative projects and communications Support professional and welcoming office operations Human Resources Support Review employment applications and resumes Conduct initial candidate phone screenings Coordinate interviews and candidate communications Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork Support employee communications and engagement initiatives Maintain HR records and documentation Assist with training and development programs Provide support for recruiting and retention initiatives Payroll & Operational Support Cross-train in payroll processes to provide backup coverage Support HR compliance and administrative processes Assist with special projects as assigned What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll, or related functions is a plus Associate degree or relevant work experience preferred Why Join Us?
