Project Management Coordinator

ISC Project Management CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized ISC Project Management Coordinator to provide administrative, project, and operational support for a manufacturing site. This role partners closely with site leadership, including the Plant Director, to coordinate projects, employee engagement initiatives, site events, and executive administrative activities while supporting continuous improvement efforts.The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute site-wide events, meetings, employee engagement activities, and town hall meetings.Manage event logistics, communications, scheduling, and follow-up activities to ensure successful execution.Gather, analyze, and report business data using advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership meetings and site communications.Provide administrative support to the Plant Director and site leadership, including: Calendar managementCorrespondenceDocumentationGeneral administrative supportSupport onboarding activities, training coordination, and employee recognition programs.Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare status reports for stakeholders.Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and increase operational efficiency.Serve as a central point of contact for site communications and employee support initiatives.Perform additional administrative and project coordination duties as assigned.Required QualificationsPrevious experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role.Experience supporting leadership teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.Advanced proficiency with: Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft PowerPointExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to work independently.Preferred ExperienceManufacturing or industrial environment experience.Experience coordinating projects, meetings, and site-wide events.Experience supporting executive leadership.Experience with onboarding, employee engagement, and training coordination.Work EnvironmentFull-time onsite position.Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support events outside of normal business hours.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is a highly organized administrative professional with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience supporting executive leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate projects, events, and employee engagement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.Prescreen QuestionsDescribe your experience coordinating projects, events, or site-wide initiatives.
