Logistics Analyst – Full Time Admin Support – City of Industry, CA, US Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.00 Hourly ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES The Logistics Analyst will be responsible, but not limited to: audit all freight bills and input them into the system; cycle and reconcile inventory; obtain freight quotes and file claims; process UPS shipments and complete end‑of‑day reports; schedule returns; route and schedule trucks for shipments. EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS 3 years of shipping experience Forklift experience Previous experience with international shipping requirements and knowledge Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, understanding, and discussing) Intermediate to advanced math skills required Proficient in Excel Ability to use Monarch to extract information Ability to work overtime as needed, including weekends PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Frequent: Balance, climb, crouch, depth perception, handle, hear, kneel, manual dexterity, lift 15–50 lbs., reach, speak, stand, stoop. Use personal protective equipment. Occasional: Crawl, grasp, sit and walk. Required: Close vision, color, and texture. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS General office and warehouse environment. Background noise, dirt, oil, humidity, temperature variations. Work near moving mechanical parts.
