What You'll Be Doing Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for businesses and individuals Working closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning and advisory projects Researching tax issues and assisting with complex client matters Building relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact Mentoring and supporting junior staff members Managing multiple engagements and meeting key deadlines What We're Looking For 3+ years of public accounting tax experience CPA preferred or actively pursuing Strong knowledge of business and individual taxation Excellent communication and client-facing skills Desire to progress into management What's In It For You?
