Sr Director, HR Business Partner

Senior Director of HR Business Partner role at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Waltham, Massachusetts. The position involves developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, leading talent management and organizational development, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders in a global matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement talent attraction, engagement, development, and retention strategies
- Lead organizational development, change management, and transformational initiatives across global HR organization
- Coach leaders on complex HR matters and ensure alignment of HR processes with business goals
- Facilitate organizational design and leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making
- Drive culture change and build organizational capabilities aligned with company mission and values
Requirements
- Advanced degree plus 6 years global HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years experience
- Strategic business partner experience supporting executive leadership
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification (desirable)
- Demonstrated success implementing organizational change and transformation programs
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into people strategies
- Experience leading teams in complex, matrixed global organizations
- Deep knowledge of talent management, organizational development, compensation, and employee relations
Compensation: $202,500–$285,000 base
