With almost a century of facility service experience, state of the art business practices, environmentally friendly processes and supplies and an established global reputation, we are able to offer unrivaled client experience and satisfaction.Shifts available: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PMEssential Duties:Routine inspection and testing of equipment and machinery to ensure everything is up to standardPlan and schedule maintenance repairsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels)Perform routine maintenance around buildingDevelop and implement preventative maintenance proceduresPerform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentryMaintain the inventory records for equipment and suppliesSupervisory Responsibilities: NoneQualifications:2-5 years related experienceKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsEffective problem-solving abilitiesExcellent attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAble to multi-taskExperience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferredAbility to show judgment and to work independently.High integrity and discretion required.Language Skills:Must be able to read, write and speak English.Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: NonePhysical Demands: Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.; Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time; Ability to stoop, reach, push, pull & bend often.Work Environment: Office; Warehouse; Outdoors EnvironmentEqual Opportunity Employer: GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
