Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, using therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate couples therapy to promote healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, helping partners navigate their challenges.

• Work with families to strengthen interpersonal relationships, leading sessions that address communication barriers and foster understanding.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring accurate documentation in client records.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to deliver holistic client care and improve overall treatment outcomes.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including families experiencing significant stressors, couples seeking to enhance their relationships, and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a proven ability to provide effective therapeutic interventions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity to engage clients in a compassionate and non-judgmental manner.

• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
