What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Associate, you’ll be an essential part of the production process, helping deliver high-quality products. Your key responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading materials into machines efficiently

• Moving and handling products (up to 50 lbs) in a safe manner

• Inspecting finished products to ensure top quality

• Assisting with finishing processes such as shot blasting

• Weighing, packaging, and preparing products to meet customer requirements

• Maintaining accurate documentation, including materials and batch records

• Keeping a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines

️ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable and hardworking individuals who are ready to contribute:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Comfortable working in warm/heat-exposed environments

• Strong work history (1+ year per role preferred)

• Ability to stay on your feet for 8–12 hour shifts

• Prior experience in manufacturing, general labor, or fast-paced work environments is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
