Operations Supervisor

Position Summary An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. Responsibilities Work effectively with store management and staff to plan and execute store operations. Supervise the crew through assignment, direction, and follow‑up of all activities. Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote a positive shopping experience. Provide personalized customer service feedback and coaching to colleagues. Maintain customer/patient confidentiality. Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support display planning and execution of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise. Support the display and maintenance of off‑shelf merchandise. Qualifications Deductive reasoning, analytic, and computer skills. Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills. Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime. Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred). High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Pay $19.05 - $28.05 per hour (or equivalent annual salary) based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
