Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, gaining insights into clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources that can inform your clinical approach.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly modify individualized treatment plans that include achievable goals and interventions tailored to each client's current state.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver seamless, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of client well-being.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients.
\n
• Offer timely crisis intervention, comprehensive risk assessments, and safety planning to protect clients as situations arise.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards to ensure high-quality care is consistently delivered.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
