Sales Support CoordinatorPosition Summary

The Sales Support Coordinator provides administrative and customer-service support to our sales department. This is not a direct sales position. The role focuses on customer follow-up, unsold proposals, Hatch campaigns, candidate screening, and assisting sales representatives in the field.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers after sales appointments.

• Review unsold proposals and identify follow-up opportunities.

• Create, schedule, and monitor customer campaigns in Hatch.

• Route customer responses to the appropriate salesperson.

• Assist field sales representatives with software, documents, customer information, and internal processes.

• Update customer records, notes, and proposal statuses in Salesforce.

• Review applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and schedule interviews.

• Prepare basic activity reports for sales management.

• Help maintain communication between Sales, Production, Marketing, and the Appointment Center.

Qualifications

• Must be tech-savvy and able to learn new software quickly.

• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is strongly preferred.

• Comfortable working across iOS, Windows, and web-based software.

• Able to troubleshoot basic technology and software issues.

• Strong customer-service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in administration, recruiting, customer service, or sales support is preferred.

Role Clarification

This is a support position and does not involve running sales appointments, presenting proposals, negotiating prices, or closing contracts.
