Punch Press Operator
Twin City Staffing is seeking a skilled Punch Press Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in the Monticello area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to grow their career in a stable, high-production environment. Job type: Temp-To-Hire
Location: Monticello, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $35.00/hr. (Depending on Qualifications)
Hours: 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday

Duties of the Punch Press Operator:
- Operate punch presses using progressive and single-hit dies
- Set up and diagnose issues with stage and short-run tooling
- Calculate shut height to ensure machine accuracy
- Install limit switches, safety chains, and light screens
- Submit first article pieces to QA for inspection
- Install and maintain necessary safety guards
- Assist in training junior operators as needed
- Coordinate with Toolroom and QA to resolve issues
Requirements of the Punch Press Operator:
- 2+ years of punch press operation or setup experience
- Ability to collaborate with quality and maintenance teams
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Reliable attendance for the 2nd shift schedule
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
