Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and completed the Aspirant Program, which provided valuable experience and prepared me to build an agency focused on growth, development, and customer service. I graduated from Susquehanna University with a degree in Economics. I’m married with one daughter, and outside of work my family enjoys spending weekends at the Jersey Shore, watching sports, and making memories together. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
