What you need The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent oral and written communication skills, and be experienced in drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements such as contractor agreements, owner and architect agreements, and professional service agreements. Responsibilities Drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements. Frequent and direct client contact Working with sophisticated projects including condominium projects, planned communities, medical facilities, hotels, and data center projects. Understanding of bonding and risk mediation specific to high dollar real estate development and mitigation. Qualifications Between three and six years of law firm experience as a real estate or construction transactional attorney. JD from a US accredited law school License to practice law in the state of Texas preferred Required Skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Experience drafting and negotiating construction and design agreements. Understanding of bonding and risk mediation specific to high dollar development and mitigation.
