Operating Room TechnicianAn opportunity is currently available for an experienced Operating Room Technician to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced operating room environment.Shift InformationShift Length: 10 hoursSchedule: Variable days (Monday – Friday) with start times at 6:30 AM, 9:00 AM, or 11:00 AMGuaranteed Hours: 40 hours per weekCall Requirements: Weeknight call from the end of shift until 7 AM next morning; weekend call is 24 hours (7 AM to 7 AM)Unit InformationUnit Type: Operating Room (OR)Number of Surgical Suites: 22, with capability to expand to 26Average Cases Per Day: 50-65QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of OR Technician experience requiredBLS Certification requiredMust possess a valid Washington State license at the time of submissionGraduate of an accredited surgical technology programCardiac experience is mandatorySkills and ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have experience in scrubbing for a variety of surgical procedures, including:ENT procedures (FESS, septoplasty, cochlear implant, tympanoplasty, laryngectomy)Complex general surgery cases (breast, HPB, bariatric, kidney transplants)Orthopedic surgeries (total hips/knees)Neurosurgery and Cardiovascular surgeriesFamiliarity with robotic-assisted surgeries using Da Vinci Xi system (Gyn, Uro, General)Work EnvironmentThe operating room environment is supported by an engaging team of physicians and staff committed to collaboration and teaching.
