What You’ll Do As a Sales Manager, you’ll be a key driver of your store’s success by: Sales Leadership Leading by example to achieve and exceed sales goals. Coaching, motivating, and developing your team, in collaboration with the Store Manager, to maximize performance. Customer Experience Delivering exceptional service and personalized recommendations. Creating an engaging, fun, and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back. Assisting with daily operations, including inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising. Maintaining Pepper Palace’s high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service. Team Development Supporting the Store Manager in building a positive, collaborative, high-performing team. Participating in training and providing feedback on sales performance and customer trends. What We're Looking For Experience: 1–3 years in retail or customer service leadership. Skills: Strong sales drive, exceptional customer service, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Passion: Love for people, food, and creating memorable experiences.
