As a Personal Banker within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Houston, TX. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, delivering a full PNC conversation with every client to identify appropriate solutions. Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience. Perform lobby engagement activities, educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and ensuring branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Bilingual Spanish required. 3+ years of experience in banking or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, effective communication, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, prospecting, and retail lending. Strong accountability, client loyalty, customer experience focus, technology utilization, and proactive sales skills. No degree required; an associate’s degree or equivalent education may be considered as part of the experience requirement. No required certifications.
