Technical Account Manager

Technical Account Manager:

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, control and Manage:
  2. Budgeted and forecasted sales and goals
  3. Customers expansion, maintenance and management strategies
  4. Coordinate with related account mangers (local key account sites) for specified Key Account(s) and other minor additional accounts
  5. Consistently and continually create and/or maintain sales:
  6. Opportunities
  7. Contracts/orders
  8. Organizational contacts
  9. Formal and informal leads
  10. Annual sales budget and monthly rolling forecasts through our corporate, web-based CRM software.
  11. Promote and sell all applicable BizLink BRSU products and services.
  12. Coordinate all aspects of the sale between product and service groups.
  13. Effectively communicate with relative group managers regarding customers requests, needs and issues.
  14. Support Operations, Customer Service and Quality Management to best serve BRSU and our customers.
  15. Research, seek out, and develop new customer opportunities while maintaining our leadership position at existing established key and general accounts.
  16. Accurately prepare customer quote requests, submit, track and follow up on proposals in a timely fashion.
  17. Assist Customer Service with financial and technical needs as required.
  18. Support Accounts Receivable with payment collection issues.
  19. Assist with marketing activities (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
  20. Complete special projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
  21. Establish customer visitation priority to maximize BizLink Sales, profitability and customer satisfaction.
  22. Participate in team building and continuous improvement projects and meetings.
  23. Determine and communicate customer requirements.
  24. Expand knowledge in customers automation and operations needs and relate to BizLink potential offerings.
  25. Assist BRSU Management and Project Management as needed to maximize customer relations and BizLink success.
  26. Expand current markets and assist in entering key target markets.
  27. Provide other duties and assist/lead relative projects as assigned.
  28. Travel 60%+ (Primary local/regional with some extended and international travel required.
  29. Understand and follow, comply and embrace all corporate compliance & rules.
  30. Follow BizLink Code of Conduct and BizLink Policies.
  31. Understand, follow, comply and embrace all BizLink and BRSU documented Procedures and Work Instructions.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  1. B.A or B.S Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  2. 3 years related sales experience.
  3. Market and Customer Knowledge.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Cooperative and enjoys working in a cohesive team
  6. Strong relationship building skills
  7. Self-motivating and willingness to learn.
