Benefits Manager

Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Morgan Hunter We’re partnering with a locally headquartered company to find a well-rounded Benefits Manager . This position plays a vital role in benefits administration and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded HR background with strengths in benefits and systems, along with a practical, flexible approach to problem-solving. The role is based in-office in Overland Park. Responsibilities Oversee benefits administration, including 401(k) plans, vendor management, and employee support. Lead the company’s HRIS functions, including optimization and involvement in system evaluation and implementation. Provide guidance on compensation and performance management processes. Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies; manage open enrollment and leave processes. Assist in policy updates, training, and cross-functional HR initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification or advanced degree preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years managing or mentoring others. 3+ years of benefits administration. Previous experience implementing or transitioning HR systems. Strong communication skills with a technical and analytical mindset.
