Insurance Defense Paralegal

Business Solutions Manager at Adams & Martin Group Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a distinguished law firm to find an experienced Insurance Defense Paralegal to join their team in Georgia. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in insurance defense, eager to support attorneys and manage various paralegal tasks effectively. Responsibilities: Managing case files and maintaining organized records. Conducting comprehensive legal research to assist attorneys. Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and reports as needed. Communicating professionally with clients and other involved parties. Assisting with court filings and understanding court procedures. Managing the discovery process, including gathering and reviewing documents. Preparing for trials and hearings by organizing evidence and exhibits. Performing administrative tasks to support the legal team. Ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards in all work. Requirements: Proven experience in an insurance defense paralegal role. Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in legal research and drafting documents. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
