Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience managing geriatric caseloads, restorative programs, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to treat patients with medically complex conditions and utilize therapeutic equipment common to SNF practice preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1630. Work Days: Monday through Friday. Meal Break: 30 minutes. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week. Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
