About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This full-time, hourly position supports our sales team, assists with customer inquiries, and will work closely with management on a variety of projects. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer and end user inquiries via phone, email and customer portals
• Process RMA’s, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately
• Track return shipments and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming calls and direct appropriately
• Assist with data entry, reporting updates, and ongoing projects
• Coordinate internal inventory transfer requests
• Process retail orders via third-party (3P) portals, including order entry, invoice submission, and ASN updates.
• Update and maintain daily inventory feeds for retail customers through 3P portals.
• Monitor system-generated pricing discrepancies and escalate when needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or office administration a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales systems preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
