Required Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing – Required.
- At least 1 year of relevant legal experience preferred.
- Litigation experience, including trial or hearing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
- The candidate must obtain professional liability insurance prior to the start date .
