Provider Contract Manager

To enhance the Provider Network, the full-time salaried Provider Contract Manager will negotiate contracts, manage a team, and maintain relationships with providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor provider network performance and growth, focusing on efficiency and performance in underdeveloped segments Directly manage and mentor team members, ensuring they meet their contracting goals Conduct market research to identify opportunities for network expansion and facilitate the contracting process with providers Required qualifications 7-10 years of contracting experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with provider contracting 4-5 years of supervisory experience managing a contracting team Knowledge of CPT, HCP, DRG, and Revenue codes, along with Medicare and Work Comp fee schedules College degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience acceptable Proficient in Microsoft applications and possess excellent organizational skills
