Director FP&A

DescriptionKforce is partnering with a client in the St. Louis area to hire a Director of FP&A. This leadership role oversees budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, executive reporting, strategic planning, and business decision support while managing an FP&A team and partnering closely with executive leadership.What you'll do:* Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning process* Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations* Build financial models and perform strategic analyses to support business growth and key initiatives* Partner with operational leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve business performance* Support month-end and year-end close processes in collaboration with Accounting* Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to drive informed decision-making* Manage and mentor the FP&A team while supporting cross-functional financial initiativesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred* 10+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, investment banking, or a corporate finance environment* Strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and multiple priorities* Experience supporting strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment* Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning and reporting tools is preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $180000
