o Clinic, Call, or Both:

• Operating Room - Inpatient & Outpatient
• Call not required

o Schedule:

• Orientation/proctoring will take one business day prior to first shift
• Full time coverage needed
• Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (5 8's)

o EMR and Dictation Tools:

• EPIC

o Case Logs:

• 75 patients within the last 12 months

o Consider IMLC or waiting for a license:

• MI license only
