Northern Light Health Department: HR South Region Position is located: Mercy Medical Office Building Work Type: Full Time Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Summary : The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions. Responsible for administrative and project-oriented duties. Support the HR team for activities including new employee on boarding, engagement activities, hiring events and additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities : Responsible for providing high quality customer service to all employees, students and other customers presenting to and contacting the HR office. Including, but not limited to: assisting with benefit enrollment, leave of absence requests, direct deposit and tax form completion. Responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires from the talent handoff to orientation. This includes but is not limited to: Responsible for file management – creating new hire files, ongoing file maintenance Responsible for student onboarding including clearances and communication with involved departments. Responsible for administrative office support including: Office maintenance and supply ordering Issuing badges and machine maintenance I9 document completion, tracking & maintenance Tracking and auditing, as requested. Responsible for payroll support including: Preparing promissory notes Processing employee referral bonuses Managing education loan reimbursement Other Information : Competencies and Skills Behaves with Integrity and Builds Trust: Acts consistently in line with the core values, commitments and rules of conduct.
