Job Summary


Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Specialist responsible for medical record creation for new patients, managing workflow tools, and handling communication with referring physician offices to ensure all necessary documentation is collected. The role also includes working with the inbound fax queue effectively.

• Medical Record Creation for new patients in EMR and Workflow Management Tool.
• Request missing information or documents from referring physician office.
• Working the inbound fax queue.

Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Mon-Fri
