Location: Eden Prairie High School

Classification: Food Service LV1

Rate of Pay: $29.21/hr

Hours per day: 8 hours/day

Start and ending time: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Working days per year: 178 days/year

Paid holidays: 6

Qualifications desired: High school graduate or equivalent. Vocational technical graduate in food service or related field preferred. State certification in child nutrition at Level III required within one year of hire. Three years related supervisory food service experience preferred. Knowledge of state food health requirements. Demonstrated written and verbal skills. Demonstrated quantity cooking skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Demonstrated record keeping and organizational skills.

Testing required: All job offers from Eden Prairie Schools are conditioned upon passing a pre-employment criminal background check and ISD 272 School Board approval. Offers for these positions will also be conditioned upon passing a pre-employment physical abilities test.

Anticipated start date: August 31st, 2026
