About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Infrastructure to oversee all aspects of airport development, including facilities management, master planning and design, engineering, and construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing key leadership and vision to guide the strategic planning of the airport in all facility and maintenance aspects. This role involves overseeing facility development and maintenance, current and future capital projects, and leading a significant operating budget and capital improvement program. The Chief of Infrastructure will also be involved in conferring with the Chief Executive Officer and other airport deputies to implement strategies for increasing airfield capacity and expanding existing airport facilities. Applicants for the Chief of Infrastructure position at the company should have a Master's degree plus 5 years' experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus 7 years' experience, in an aviation-related field, business or public administration, engineering, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in airport operations, with a minimum of 5 years at a director or executive level. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning, large-scale procurement, and the management of complex capital development and facility management. The Chief of Infrastructure must be able to create and execute initiatives aligned with the airport's strategic business plan, administer a complex departmental budget, and develop effective working relationships with various stakeholders. Strong leadership, communication, and the ability to drive projects to completion are essential for this position.
