Change Project Manager
This is a limited term position with an initial duration of 2 to 3 years, aligned with the project's lifecycle expected to end December 2028. While employment beyond this date is contingent upon project needs and funding, there is a strong possibility this will transition to a regular position dependent on post go live project stabilization needs.

About the College/Unit/Department - The Unified Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program intends to replace the current institutional legacy systems for human capital management, financials, and student information, improving the experience for students, faculty, and staff; streamlining core business processes; and unifying technology into a single, Software as a Service (SaaS) solution.

Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in project management, change management, or related roles supporting or leadingERPimplementations or other large-scale system transformationsCertification in project or change management2+ years of experience working in higher education, public sector, or similarly complex organizational environments2+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders2+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional teams in fast-paced, evolving environments2+ years of experience working with a Project Management System
Position Summary - This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a majorERPtransformation, helping guide both the delivery of the project and the people side of change. By combining project management discipline with change management strategy, you will influence how new systems are implemented, communicated, and adopted across the organization. Job responsibilities and percentage of time may evolve based on project needs.This position is a limited term appointment which is expected to end December 2028. The position may be extended beyond the initial term, contingent upon continued funding.

Duties/Responsibilities
Project Management
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation, and tracking tools for projectsCoordinate project activities across functional and technical teams to support timely completion of deliverablesMonitor progress, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates, recommend solutions and escalate concerns as appropriateFacilitate meetings, document actions items, and ensure alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectationsPrepare and deliver regular project status updates, reports, and communications to leadership and stakeholders
Change Management & Communications
Develop and execute change management strategies and communication plans to support project initiativesCreate and manage communication plans for stakeholders to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messagingSupport stakeholder engagement and readiness activities
Training & Adoption
Design and develop training materials and resourcesCoordinate and deliver training sessions as neededSupport end-user adoption, gather feedback for improvements, and recommend process and/or system enhancements
Stakeholder Coordination
Serve as a liaison between functional and technical teams as well as campus stakeholdersFacilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across groups
