Quality InspectorThe Quality Inspector is responsible to ensure products and incoming materials meet applicable contract, drawings, specifications, and written requirements per inspection instructions.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms final visual and dimensional inspections of productsInspects incoming materials and parts from suppliers to ensure they conform to specificationsDispositions product according to written procedures and work instructionsMaintains inventory location and status via barcode scanning and electronic databaseMaintains and updates documentation of records via FilePro, written documentation and spreadsheetsAssists and performs sort activities (internal / external)Communication with Quality Engineers, Supervisors and Cell LeadsAny other task assigned by managerJob RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDStrong communication skillsIPC-A-610 CertifiedIPC-A-620 CertifiedJ-STD-001 CertifiedProficient in Microsoft OfficeAbility to read and interpret drawingsAbility to use a microscope and handheld gagesAbility to work independently and as a teamAbility to lift to 40 pounds, occasionallyWilling to work overtime as neededAbility to pass a Visual Acuity examAmphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, is an industry leader in providing high-reliability electronic systems for Aerospace and Defense companies across the globe.
