Acorn Financial Services manages over $1.4B in assets by acting as a single, proactive fiduciary team. Your mission as a Principal Wealth Advisor is to act as the overarching financial quarterback for multi-generational families and business owners. You will fuse investment portfolio management with in-house tax and estate planning to protect your clients' life work and execute unified, outcome-driven wealth strategies.

What You Will Do

• Design and execute bespoke investment architectures that strictly adhere to the client's individualized risk tolerance and multi-generational objectives.
• Proactively identify structural gaps in a client's financial life and bring in Acorn's legal and tax specialists to seamlessly close them.  
• Guide enterprise owners from peak accumulation through complex pre-sale structuring to their post-liquidity "second act".
• Transfer and aggressively scale an existing book of high-net-worth business using Acorn's content-driven acquisition strategies and integrated service models.

How We Measure Success

• Successfully integrate and grow a UHNW book of business
• Successfully integrate 85%+ of your managed client base into Acorn's in-house tax and trust services within the first 24 months.
• Maintain exceptional net promoter scores and a client retention rate exceeding 98% through hyper-personalized, fiduciary stewardship.
