Regional Director Of Operations

A dynamic restaurant group is hiring a Regional Director of Operations to join their incredible team! Regional Director of Operations Salary & Benefits:

Generous base salary ($150-$175K)
Attractive quarterly bonus (15%)
Paid time off
Medical, dental and vision benefits

Regional Director of Operations Responsibilities + Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in multi-unit, multi-state leadership is required
Managing 15 or more full-service restaurants is required
Strong financial business acumen, including P+L ownership, inventory analysis, and cost management
Proven track record of team development, including effective succession planning, internal promotions, training, hiring, and recruiting
Model authentic, warm guest experience, responsible for instilling great service in team
Drive expert operational practices and standards and efficiencies
Travel requirement is approximately 50% (Los Angeles, DC area, and Miami)
