???? Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
???? Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview We are seeking an Assembler I to assemble parts and components into finished products or sub-assemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This role follows work instructions, drawings, and quality standards to meet production goals while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
Required Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and reliable
• Ability to meet production metrics in a manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools
• Ability to read assembly drawings or blueprints
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills for measurements and counts
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic assemblies

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, or machinery
• Read and follow work orders, assembly instructions, and drawings
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Identify defects or issues and report them to supervisors
• Meet production goals and timelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area (5S standards)
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
• Other duties as assigned
